The Zeptyr brand founders are two long-time sailing mates who love sailing. One is a sailmaker and racer with more than 30 years of experience developing cutting-edge sail technology, and the other is an avid racer, full-time cruiser, and part-time sail technology and materials advisor.

The name Zeptyr comes from:

1. Our love of the art of chasing zephyrs on the many racecourses we have competed on. This personal touch highlights the attention to the details we put into our products, ensuring they meet the unique needs of our customers and

• The ability to harness the wind using the latest sail design and manufacturing technology to cut through the breeze with authority, like a sceptre.
